Our hosts welcome guests – who are living with early-stage dementia – into their family homes, providing a fun, motivational and stimulating day out with other like-minded people in small groups of up to six. This gives carers five hours of much-needed respite. By providing this support, we strive to help those guests to live well and independently for as long as possible by reducing social isolation, a known factor in the progress of the disease.
